Parallax Mobile Width and Height

Hey I’m having some trouble getting the mobile part of parallax scroll to work on my website. I’m using Shapely theme and using the SiteOrigin Editor to enter the shortcode as a widget (That’s how the front page works). EVerything is fine on the desktop and even when I scale it down to the three…
