Vantage Theme – Food and Drink Menu

In setting up the menu, I get to the point where a new layout is to be created using a duplicate of the Default theme. Unable to find where to accomplish this task. Watching a tutorial they suggest it’s under the My Theme tab. I do not have a My Theme tab. I have already…
