The Plugin doesn’t work

hello, could somebody help me ? I have installed the pagebuilder plugin and activeted it at my localhost WP site and I make some widget at my frontpage however it doesn’t give any effect to my frontpage as you can see here : http://prntscr.com/bcvmaq and here http://prntscr.com/bcvobk I hope someone can guide me to fix…
