Checkboxes Options and Box are not aligned on Contact Form Widget

Hi I’m using the SiteOrigins Contact Form widget on WordPress. I’ve added in a checkbox field, but the options don’t seem to be lining up next to the box. How do I fix this? I attached a picture for reference.
