columns displaying oddly

Hi… new to page builder. I setup simple page like this: I click the visual editor and it looks good… even makes adjustments for phone/pad/desktop: But when I look at the page outside wordpress from either chrome or safari the columns are goofed up and look like this: Any idea what I’m doing wrong?
