Vantage (free version) doesn’t display correctly on PC only

hi – I have used Vantage theme on my client’s site and when its viewed on a PC (vs a MAC) it doesn’t display properly. The logo becomes centered and the headline drops below it vs left justified (logo) and right justified header – BUT this only happens on a PC browser (Expolorer and Chrome)…
