Site Origin Page Builder Issue

Hello, I’ve installed the plugin Page Builder by Siteorigin in my theme called Unit a free siteorigin theme on my online site. If i try opening customize theme or open any page to edit, it generates an error “FORBIDDEN: You don’t have permission to access /shop/wp-admin/post.php on this server.” when i deactivate the site origin…
