Menu & Logo Not Aligning in Masthead Layout Option

Hey Guys, I am somewhat new to WordPress and I downloaded the Vantage premium theme so I could customize my colors and other stuff. I have a looming issue though with my masthead layout option. When I changed the menu padding so that my logo would be large enough to read the menu text jumps…
