Page Builder tab Not showing up after WordPress 4.5 upgrade

Hi, the Page Builder tab is NOT showing up anymore next to the Visual and Text tabs after WordPress 4.5 upgrade. Instead it is now at the bottom at the page without the original content when I want to edit a page. I am using Version 2.2.3 of PageBuilder in Minamaze Pro ThemeVersion: 1.8.15 of…
