Hero Image Margins

I’m having difficulties getting text to be outside of the margins of my hero image. I reposition my div using position:relative; and left: -100px;. This works great but the issues comes when I resize my browser. My text is flowing out of the browser and not resizing with it. Any ideas how I could make…
