Button text not responding to change in screen size

When I make the window smaller, everything on my page scales down properly, including the buttons, but the text on the buttons stays exactly the same size. This means that it doesn't fit on the buttons and the line breaks halfway through words, so it's now displayed as: HANDHE LD BRE ATHALY SERS instead of:…
