Vantage Masthead shows meta-slider above menu bar instead of logo, can’t delete...

When I first installed the Vantage theme, the meta-slider example showed above my menu bar (different from the way the theme promo looked). Then when I enabled Page-builder, the meta-slider showed up below the menu bar as well–like TWO banners. Although I’ve installed a logo to display above the menu bar, it isn’t visible because…
