formatting the footer text

No matter which format I use, the text appears as a single size. In the contact form, the SUBMIT button is unreadable.

Hi-I'd like to have multiple contact forms on my website but only one of them seems to work. I imagine there's something I don't understand about how this works and would appreciate any help you can offer.
