No comment section in blog post

I have the Allow Comments box checked in quick edit menu, the Discussion box checked in the Screen Options menu and the Allow Comments box checked in the Discussion menu but I still do not have a comment section below the blog post. URL: http://takebackyourmancard.com/carsmenshouldnotdrive/
