Menu Text Color does not change

Hi, The to customize Menu Text color however; it does not reflect the changes. The background color has changed however, the menu color does not reflect the changes. Also, i need to reverse the header icon colors as well, any tips would be appreciated URL: http://www.migrategroup.com
