structured data problems with vantage premium

It seems as if our business fell our of Google listings completely after switching over to wordpress with vantage premium. I see older threads saying there was a fix with child mode for the error of author and date. Is there any fix as we need to get back on search engines. Thanks. URL: http://www.theeargroup.com
