Customize menu missing

Hi I have a premium version of your theme and really like it. After a few updates of wordpress the customize function stopped working fully. Two of the menus disappear after half a second. Design and menu disappears. I’ve read other threads and tried deactivating all the plugins. This did unfortunately not work. Do you…
