Vantage Premium+SiteOrigin: Custom CSS & Theme Customizer CSS renders out of order

With Vantage Premium and a handful of siteorigin plugins, I am having trouble with the CSS from the theme customizer appearing AFTER the CSS from Appearance->Custom CSS.
