Custom CSS with Vantage Premium

I’m just starting out with Custom CSS. I viewed the intro video and then tried to open Custom CSS editor for my website. My home page loads, I see the visual editor to the left, However when I move my cursor over the live website page nothing happens. I do not see any elements of…
