border between rows…

I’m using the Visual Editor (TinyMCE) to build this page. Note the yellow line between the two rows. Now, note how it goes to the left and the right of the container. How to adjust the size of that bottom border? Ideally, I’d like it to be no wider than the container, or even narrower…
