Padding and Margin

hey guys, have been testing some stuff on test.raocompanies.com . Having severe issues with padding and margins. I just want everything to sit nice and snug together. Have tried a few CSS option as suggested on other forums but no luck. URL: http://www.test.raocompanies.com/
