Grey space under menu and a comment problem

Hey, on my site www.heidelbergkolleg.de there is a grey space under the menu and I don’t know how to get rid of it. Secondly under http://www.heidelbergkolleg.de/interessensformular-beratung there is a comment function activiated, altough this was not on purpose. I created the side identical to others, where there are no comments activated and can’t find how…
