Sidebar not working on all pages after latest Vantage Premium update.

I just updated the Vantage Premium to the latest version. Before all pages where displaying the Sidebar contents.

Main Menu no longer mobile responsive

I created a new menu for the home page of my web site, and it works very well on a lap top and/or PC. But when viewed on a mobile device, the menu icon shows at the top of the page, but when clicked, it does nothing. What did I do wrong? URL: http://714.f7a.myftpupload.com
