Menu by category

I am using the Origami Theme. I used a “category” in to my Menu and I would like to know if I can, when I click to the category, only the title and the photo of every post. In this moment, in that category, I see the complete posts: http://www.evademarco.it/index.php/category/sempre-informati/ Thank you very much
