custom css not responding

I have vantage premium. The custom css function stopped working after an update. I used the following code to remove the shadow around images: The shadows around the images are back and this code seems not to make the changes I expected to see on the website. any ideas? thanks URL: http://barakateas.com/temi-tea-estate/
