Author name and post date are’t shown after update of Vantage theme

Hello, I've got another problem after I updated my Vantage Premium theme. Now the author names and the post date aren't shown below the post title anymore, although the checkboxes in theme settings are checked.

Problems with border-top and border-bottom after update

We use small borders above and below a menu with two Circle Icons. So the borders float above the main area into the background.
