Custom CSS not visible

Hi, The custom css is blank and will not allow me to add anything to it. Revision history is displayed but can’t see the revision either..

Menu Bar Vanished

Hi, The Navigation Bar has disappeared after the last theme update. I've deactivated all plugins and turned them on one by one and double checked theme settings.
