Logo Oversized

I’m a premium site. I uploaded the plugin – Simple Custom CSS as guided on a different thread, but I can’t get my logo to be the right size. I tried a couple of different file types and sizes. Any suggestions. Thanks URL: http://www.foxcfp.com
