Can you reposition widgets in the footer area?

Hi, I have the premium version of Vantage with social media widgets in the footer. I wanted to add some text so used the visual editor to do so, but the text wasn’t centred above the site info like I wanted it. I tried changing the order of the widgets around but that made things…
