Custom Home Page widgets gone in site builder

On my site’s custom home page edit interface all of the site builder widgets are gone. The home page still displays properly but I am unable to edit it. History, live editor, and edit-as-page all take me back to a version that is several months old. I’ve tried disabling all non-siteorigin plugins, but the problem…
