Logo in menu not showing after premium upgrade

Hi, I just updated to premium Vantage theme. In the free version, logo was shown in the menu. Now it doesn’t show any more. I checked that the option in Appearance->Theme settings->Layout Masthead layout is correctly selected to Logo in menu. When I select it to be default layout I can see the logo. Thank…
