Vantage menu not collapsing

I’ve upgraded to Vantage Premium and I still cannot get my menu to collapse as expected. The issue can be seen at www.sphere10.com. It doesn’t matter whether the logo is in the menu or not, it simply does not collapse on smaller browser. This is obviously a bug which needs to be resolved. Any ideas?…
