Cannot add link anymore in Site Information Text

Hi! I’ve just updated to Vantage 2.3 from the previous version and it seems that html code do not work anymore in Theme Settings > General > Site Information Text I used that entry to put copyright information and links to “cookies” and “legal notices” but when I save, all the html stuffs are removed.…
