Vintage Premium not updating to the server

I have vantage premium. I designed my website however having updated it, the recent version is visible on my laptop but the old version is showing on my iphone and another laptop which tells me it’s not updating and publishing. How can I sort this out? URL: http://www.meraki-webdesigns.co.uk
