Can’t get maintenance mode to work

Hello, I love this theme and have had no issues. I’m trying to put my site on maintenance mode, and have tried three separate plugins to do this but yet my site loads. Is this a conflict with the theme or am I doing something wrong? Please help ASAP. Thank you URL: http://www.bpefreight.ca
