Hello, as the title suggests, whenever I navigate to a page that requires scrolling to view the contents at the bottom, the view starts immediately at the bottom. This occurs most of the time but sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve used different browsers, reinstalled WordPress, and disabled all plugins. Please help! URL: http://www.anthonyyoon.com

Every time I upgrade, I have to replace the files modernizr.min.js and modernizr.js with more current versions. The reason is that on page load, the screen scrolls to the bottom of the page, in all browsers. After the latest update, I did replace the above files, but the problem still exists.
