Need help with fixing Logo in Menu

I have followed a few videos online and matched their sized logos. They have nice looking large Logo’s on their sites. Mine is very small and hard to read. What am I do wrong? I have tried different size images. I have my Vantage theme (Premium) site set to : MASTHEAD LAYOUT : Logo in…
