Page Builder bug, impossible to edit existing pages details and create new

Hi, My website is www.1001sentiers.fr I’m using Create for years and most of my pages are made with SiteOrigin Page Builder. But since few days I don’t succeed anymore to apply any modifications on the design of all my pages and articles, I can’t edit blocks specs and design on pages, I can’t modify variations…
