Meta slider not responsive

Hi, I just upgraded to premium as I thought it would sort my problem with meta slider. It worked all day yesterday when installing it. I changed the slide images, but it still shows the old one. Also, it is much smaller that I set it for. What to do? Grateful for any help! Eva…
