problem with theme plugins not working as responsive / mobile

hi i am a premium user ! I love vantage theme but…… I just changed to using vantage eheadline and circle icons on my page none of these are showing on mobile … can you help please or give a list of which plugins arent responsive as my site is missing most of the vital…
