Why are there extra links?

I’m trying to delete some extra links to a deleted page on my site. Not sure where they are coming from, or how to delete them. The site I’m building id flywithhoward.com. You can see the “Home” link in the top navigation is gettting pushed down by an extra link. URL: http://flywithhoward.com
