Vantage Premium How to disable sticky menu

I want the menu to stay locked at the top of the page and not scroll but when I disable the sticky menu it disappears completely! Maybe it’s because of the custom css I used to make the background color and hover of the menu transparent and to sit on top of the slider. Please…
