Thumbnail pictures are not small

Hi! I use the vantage premium theme on my site, is pretty cool! But i have a question: how can i set that in the post-loop the thumbnail pictures size? Now the site use the full-size pictures scaled, not the real thumblails. (I have the size 150×150 px.) So, the page load is a little…
