Custom menu submenus not showing on vantage premium

Hello! My problem is that I have created a custom menu but the sub-menu under “our-firm” is not showing when I hover over the link on the desktop view. The submenu shows up, however, when I decrease the size of the screen. It also shows up on the sticky menu. Help! Here is the link…
