Logo in masthead jumps from center to left

Site logo centers then jumps left when site is loaded or when navigating between pages. I have it set for left orientation, but I can’t figure out why it begins centered. There must be an error somewhere. I need to figure out why the logo in the masthead initially is centered and then jumps left.…
