Insert flash into header – Theme Vantage

Hi, I want to insert a flash logo into the header. That’s what I did: In widgets >> Header I wrote this text: <embed src="https://sites.google.com/site/cookinghive/Logo.swf" quality="high" scale="exactfit" menu="false" width="1000" height="350" swLiveConnect="false" I also tried Kimili flash plugin.
