Category does not appear beside the date

Hi! I’m using the free Unwind template for my blog https://hitsandmrsph.com/. I just want to ask how to make the category appear beside the date and number of comments, the one above the post title. I’ve ticked the “categories on single and archive posts” but it’s not working for me. Would appreciate any help. Thank…
