Resource Limit Is Reached editing SiteOrigin Widget

I get error “”Resource Limit Is Reached”” when editing the background color and text color of SiteOrigin Widget (contact form) with the following error description. “”The website is temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit. Please try again later. Is there a setting to fix this issue?”” Please advise
