Home Page Not working

Hi, I have designed this site, www.charityplanet.us and the homepage I have designed is no longer appearing properly. Prior to today I had customized colors, icon boxes, and a slider (that is no longer showing). I’m trying to set the home page to “Page Builder Hompage” but the theme doesn’t want to change over.
