Centralising the Logo

I just loaded the theme and added my logo but it’s to the left side of the page while I would like it to be in the middle. How do I go about rectifying this? Thanks.

Eliminate Space Between Menu Text

Hi, I’m wondering why there’s so much space between the menu text. Looks like I could get two to three more pages in there if I could reduce the space. Is this possible at all?
